Domaine’s ambiance is punctuated by the spacious green yard giving an easy breezy dining experience savouring entrée perfect for one and delicious dishes that can be intimately shared.

Committed to its home-town dining hospitality trademark, Domaine Restaurant offers private dining packages which feature warm & connected service, and private and semi-private dining rooms with flexible seating for groups. Chef Ripalda works closely with the client to create customized menus, wine pairings and cocktail lists for a certain special occasion—whether a family dinner, birthday party, business cocktail party, or wedding anniversary, name it he can amazingly do it.

The Domaine is designed for creating memories; whether the mood is for a garden type arrangement on a windy day, an indoor celebration and /or meeting; or for simply an intimate requirement that requires secrecy and privacy. The Private Dining is at service starting at 2 pax up to 250 pax depending on clients’ requirement and preference.

The Domaine Restaurant provides a standard all occasions-menu or may simply choose items from its chef’s tasting and ala carte menu.

The Garden is the quintessence space of the Domaine Restaurant. It embodies an enchanting ambiance that bestows remarkable serenity for every diner. Adding on to the traditional yet enjoyable dining experience is the brick oven that creates vividly flavoursome breads. The area is highly recommended for big occasions like weddings, reunions and social events that may accommodate up to 250 people.

Built from the ground up, the second space is the Excelsia Room named after a prominent and signature coffee product of the Region of Cavite–Batangas that represents strong aromas and character with rich flavour. Situated at the second floor of the property wherein it may accommodate a good 20 -25 people. An ideal space for intimate candlelit dinner for two and small private functions. The Robusta Room showcases an intimate luxury of dining that is ideal for families who are gourmands and foodies. Also located at the second floor where in it may accommodate 10 – 15 people. The type of service and the menu may be arranged with the administration & customer associates of the Domaine Restaurant.

Meet Chef Robbie Ripalda

Raised in a happy family of meat butchers and liquor suppliers, Chef Robbie at his early age became exposed in the art of cooking. Robbie Ripalda helms the kitchen as executive chef of the Domaine. His 10 years of experience and passion for European cuisine and techniques allow his culinary perspective to continuously evolve. Before putting up Domaine in Silang Cavite, Ripalda started as an intern at the Le soufflé Restaurant in Fort Bonifacio. In 2010, he hones his experience and travel to Paris, France where he finished culinary school at the

prestigious “Le Cordon Bleu Paris” and received a diploma in Cuisine and marked 3rd honor in his batch and a diploma in Patisserie and he continuously received impressive citations. In 2011 he moved to the city of Reims where he worked in Chateau Les Creyeres under the guidance of Chef Philippe Mille as Commis Garde Manager.

From showcasing his cuisine and passion for cooking, he turned the situation into a more challenging goal of becoming an “entrepreneur-chef” that made his dream turned to a reality.

The Domaine’s Dine-In or To-Go Menu

Domaine’s menu changes seasonally to offer the freshest locally-sourced in-season ingredients wherever possible along with the special of the day, created by

Chef Robbie Ripalda. Locally produced, sustainably raised and harvested fish and seafoods, along with specialty cuts of meats. Meals are cooked to order apart from those specialist dishes.

Smell the fresh goat cheese, the myriad of meats curing and the beautifully-seasoned sauces prepared in the Domaine’s kitchen. Taste the luscious undertones of truffle oil drizzled over the house-made pasta and famous delicate flavors of fruits and vegetables.
