Femme fatales ruled the runway at Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2012, featuring the designs of Chris Diaz, the so called "Romantic Designer" of the Philippine fashion industry, unveiled his collection of bringing back the 80's theme. Rich and opulent colors of laces and velvet dominated the center stage while presenting a classic turn on the all-time admired fabrics and pieces as models were adorned by fur hats. Colors of black and dark purple, holiday hues like dark forest green and deep reds were also been used. Bringing back the evening gowns with beaded accents were the highlights of the show. Avel Bacudio, Eric Delos Santos and Raoul Ramirez joined Diaz on the same schedule and venue as they also revealed their fashionable masterpieces on the runway.
Oxygen, one of the country's hottest brands flaunted their latest stylish men and women street wear pieces for the season. Good-looking and sexy male and female models had stepped on the catwalk.

At present, Philippine Fashion Week is now branded as ‘Olympics of Fashion’ and is the longest running fashion event in the country—celebrating Filipino creativity twice a year gathering millions of media exposure locally and internationally.
