CONTEMPORARY CLASSIC APPEAL AND INTENSE CREATIVE DRIVE

The Salvatore Ferragamo Timepieces 2011 collection draws on the brand’s aesthetic heritage to build its own personality, proposing three new models in parallel with some interesting line extensions.
An up-to-date and entirely novel mix of iconic themes, like the gancino decoration and the versatile use of color, gems and unusual, sophisticated materials, completed by IP Gold finishings, breathes life into a collection of jewelry accessories for special occasions and timepieces that express a casually sophisticated sense of elegance for 24/7 wearability
RENAISSANCE
The creative use of color and precious stones to obtain sophisticated chromatic effects is the characteristic feature of Renaissance, the fashion vintage model for women with a quartz
movement.
Drawing inspiration from a decorative bow featured in the Maison’s various collections, the sinuous case is set off by retro details like the Roman indices, the mesh band bracelet and the cabochon enhanced crown, all contributing to a trendy, sophisticated look.
The hyper-feminine variants feature a steel or IP Gold case, illuminated by diamonds or blue or pink sapphires on the top ring, combined with fine lizard or satin straps in various colors coordinated with the case.
GANCINO SOIRÉE
This jewelry watch represents an exclusive evening accessory and is an icon of Ferragamo style. With its understated elegance and vibrant color set off by fine materials, Gancino Soirée revisits the Brand’s exclusive femininity from a contemporary perspective.
The 24 mm case, which recalls the gancino outline, is embellished by 16 diamonds set in the top ring and the pure color energy of the dial, finished in the characteristic red enamel which has always been a symbol of the Ferragamo world.
Completing the look is cooler steel or warmer IP rose gold bracelet.
GRANDE MAISON
An unmistakably styled timepiece that experiments with highly topical color combinations alongside IP treatments and fine detailing.
The design is essential and distinctive: a case in the shape of a stylised gancino, revisited in a modern interpretation for a contemporary classic look, a guilloché dial with Roman indices and
smart leather straps.
The model makes sophisticated use of color, with a total black version for men featuring an IP finish case and tone-on-tone dial enriched with sunray decoration, and a glamorous model for
women with an IP gold case and fuchsia strap.
Grande Maison is also available as a pair watch, for couples who prefer an understated, impeccable style.
Successful models from previous collections evolve stylistically in step with new trends
FERRAGAMO 1898
The success of this model, a symbol of the elegant-informal style of the Ferragamo man, has paved the way for new declinations.
For connoisseurs, the limited moon phase movement edition is an automatic chronograph with advanced technical complications, a 44 mm case, a gancino outline top ring and IP Gold finishings. The contrast stitching and elegant color juxtapositions give the model a young, sporty look.
Reflecting the season’s trends, IP treatments are also the protagonists of two-tone color schemes for the quartz models with 40 mm case and bracelets in sophisticated shades of black,
gold and brown, featuring alternating polished and brushed surfaces. Ferragamo 1898 is also available in a pair watch version with leather strap, in 40 mm and 33 m sizes.
SALVATORE LADY
This ladies watch, which pays tribute on the case sides to a famous wedge sandal created by the Maison in the nineteen thirties, is permeated with a remarkable luminosity and movement.
The understated IP Gold case is embellished by the dial, which is animated by spiral-shaped mother of pearl inserts that create sophisticated plays of light for an exclusive decorative effect.
Two versions in warm brown and powder puff pink, coordinated with the patent leather strap, contribute to a sophisticated and glamorous allure.
F-80
The evolution of this successful chronograph in the Timepieces collection draws on one of Maison Ferragamo’s creative cornerstones: the original juxtaposition of different materials.
The result is a range of trendy proposals that combine energy and sophistication. F-80 models represent an original and harmonious synthesis of three materials: a titanium case, a ceramic top ring and a rubber or crocodile print leather strap.
The understated total black or white color ways with IP Gold details imbue these timepieces with Ferragamo’s experimental spirit.
GANCINO SPORT
This unprecedented women’s version of the quartz chronograph expresses an even more distinctive sporting style through the diamonds set in the indices. In tune with the featured colors of this season’s collection, Gancino Sport is available in brown/gold and ivory/gold versions, with a rubber strap that clings delicately to the wrist for utmost comfort.
